1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or retaining JD AdsClick for PPC consulting, Google Ads, or Meta Ads management services, you agree to these Terms of Service in conjunction with your specific client engagement schedule.

2. Service Scope

JD AdsClick provides digital marketing services focusing on Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Ads, remarketing, and product feed optimisation.

Work commences following signature of an engagement agreement and receipt of initial setup and retainer fees.

3. Commercial Terms

Retainer Term: Standard retainer agreements operate on an initial term agreed in your proposal, rolling thereafter on a monthly basis.

Realistic Boundaries: Guarantees cover deliverables within our direct control. We do not provide speculative sales or ROAS guarantees, as external market factors, stock availability, and consumer demand cannot be guaranteed.

4. Intellectual Property & Accounts

All advertising accounts, Merchant Center instances, tracking containers, and product feeds remain the sole property of the client.

5. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
